Heather O’Connell is a Healer, Teacher, Medium, and guide devoted to helping others cultivate deeper connection with themselves, the unseen, and the living world around them. Her work weaves together Cross-Cultural Healing practices, Spirit Communication including journeying and mediumship, ways of working with inner landscapes that support healing and transformation, and animistic approaches to being in relationship and living well. She is known for her warm, integrative, and experiential style of working with others.
Heather’s heritage and spiritual roots are diverse, shaped by Celtic, Norse, and Siberian traditions. Her path has unfolded through many years of experiential study and apprenticeship with respected Teachers and Healers from many different wisdom traditions, including immersive study and practice in Seiðr, Mediumship, Herbal Energetics, and Cross-Cultural Healing methods including Soul Retrieval, Extraction, Curse Unraveling, Death, Dying & Psychopomp, Ancestral Healing, Land, House, and Space Clearing, and Compassionate Spirit Release.
What makes Heather’s work unique is the way the teachings, experiences, and paths that have shaped her work have been woven together through lived practice and relationship. Rather than working within a single tradition or fixed approach, she meets each person, place, and circumstance as unique. Her work unfolds through listening and partnership with Spirit, honoring that healing, growth, and learning are deeply personal and rarely follow a single path.

It is guided by a team of trusted, compassionate Helping Spirits, by the wisdom of the soul itself, and by the understanding that life’s challenges can open doorways to healing and growth, just as seasons of wholeness invite deeper listening, stronger intuition, and a more meaningful connection with one’s own inner guidance.
